Primrose Hill Stab Victim ‘Can Never Be Replaced’

A 21-year-old student who was fatally stabbed in Primrose Hill has been described by his father as irreplaceable. Finbar Sullivan, who was killed during a confrontation near the park’s scenic viewpoint, had recently received a camera for his birthday, which he intended to use for filming. The incident occurred shortly after 18:30 BST on Tuesday, with Finbar losing his life at the scene.

Legacy of a Filmmaking Aspirant

Christopher Sullivan, Finbar’s father, shared with the Daily Mail that his son had always dreamed of becoming a cameraman, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Michael Seresin. The elder Sullivan worked on iconic films such as Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and Rambo III. Finbar, a student at the London Screen Academy, had already gained recognition for his work in music video production under the alias Sully Shot It.

“This is the worst tragedy I could ever imagine,” said Christopher Sullivan, 65. “He was my only son, and he was a beautiful, lovely, outgoing, and loving boy.”

Illness and Vision

Ellen Kinnally, a friend and PR professional from New York, told The Times that Finbar had been unwell before the incident but was showing signs of improvement. She noted that his health issues had impacted his eyesight, though he was recovering. “He was a visual person,” Kinnally added, highlighting his creative passion.

Second Victim and Police Appeal

During the altercation, a second man in his early 20s was also injured, suffering non-life-threatening stab wounds. He was hospitalized for treatment. The Metropolitan Police has launched an appeal for witnesses, urging anyone with information, images, or video footage from the scene to come forward. As of now, no arrests have been made.
