Murder arrest over Primrose Hill stabbing
Finbar Sullivan, 21, died after being stabbed in Primrose Hill, prompting the arrest of a 27-year-old man on murder charges. Emergency services arrived at the scene in north London on Tuesday, where Sullivan was found with fatal injuries. He passed away before medical help could reach him.
The Metropolitan Police also detained a 25-year-old man for allegedly aiding the suspect. Both individuals were taken into custody on Friday and are still in police care. Det Insp Andy Griffin stated: “My thoughts are with Finbar’s family, who continue to get support from specialized teams during this incredibly tough time.”
Griffin added: “Although two arrests have been made, officers are still working around the clock to locate all those connected to the incident.” He praised the public for providing information already and urged anyone with details or footage from the area on the day of the attack to contact authorities.
