In an emotional Instagram video last weekend, Brook revealed his condition is far from trivial, emphasizing that he requires continuous medical attention. Despite his ongoing struggle, he expressed determination to regain his health so he can reunite with his soon-to-be wife, Sophie, who is expecting their first child.
“ Sadly after turning a bit of a corner on Friday I feel I have reached a plateau in hospital. Canulas are failing to stick I have had over 30 fitted. My body feels battered and bruised and is struggling to accept my anti viral medication.”
Brook also highlighted his battle with persistent pressure on the frontal lobes of his brain and a mental struggle that continues to challenge him. He thanked fans for their unwavering support, saying he needs positivity to keep going.

Meanwhile, a recent meningitis outbreak in Kent has been declared under control, with no new cases reported in recent days. The incident, which gained attention on March 13, involved 29 individuals, 20 of whom were confirmed cases and nine probable infections. Two deaths were confirmed, though others remain hospitalized.
Sophie Kasaei, who announced her pregnancy in December, has been a constant presence in Jordan’s recovery. In a candid post, she described the experience as a “nightmare,” noting the pain of watching her partner suffer without being able to intervene. She reassured fans that “better days are coming” and praised Jordan’s resilience.
